About

My mission here is simple:

I am here to provide an understanding that we are ALL warriors.  How you harness the power of this reality is dependent on several factors.  My approach is to help you discovery what kind of warrior you are and then to help you develop your strengths on 3 different levels.  I work with all types of people, as this coaching is intended for everyone seeking self-improvement.

My specialty is working with today’s military warriors by using an effective, proven coaching method for dealing with their fear, guilt, and anger that comes from combat-related depression and post traumatic stress disorder.  If your family or loved ones are being affected by your changes in mood and temperament or you are searching for some effective tools to help you change your destructive behavior, then you’ve come to the right place.

What I provide:

As a Certified SR Life Coach, I incorporate the 7 Step Process.  This training process was developed by Kelly Burris, PhD and has 25 years of research, development, and documented results for the primary symptoms of PTSD and depression.  Additionally, I provide you with several surveys intended to help you understand your strengths and hone in on your true nature as a warrior.  This program works!

What would I know about the military?

I am a former U.S. Army Infantry officer.  I am combat tested, Airborne-Ranger qualified, and have had the privilege to command troops at the platoon and company level.  I served at the National Training Center as a Combat Trainer (OC), and was a member of the U.S. Army Infantry Officer’s Advanced Course (SGI) Small Group Tactics Team.

What would I know about the brain?

As a civilian, I've been employed for over 14 years in the biotech/pharmaceutical arena.  My areas of focus were in cardiovascular, neurology, and psychiatric medications.  Not only did I promote and sell medication to physicians, I had the privilege of serving as a corporate trainer; charged with anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and disease management instruction.  Through my service, studies, and life coaching certification process, I have been given an impressive arsenal of tools, techniques, and procedures to effectively deal with the challenges that we all face in reaching a higher level of personal performance.
