Reasons to Become a Master SR® Life Coach Counselor (MSRC)
- The study you are required to perform as a Master SR® Coach lets all of your peers and clients know you are committed to making a difference. This difference is made emphatically clear with the hard data you will generate from your study.
- As a Master SR® Counselor - Coach you will be able to Certify and empower others with the definitive standard in coaching, counseling and mental health.
Requirements to Become a MSRC
The CSRC will need to run at least 10 groups or individuals through the program process with data collection.
The CSRC will need to set up a study with at least 20 people and a specific focus. The study will need to include an administrator and third party for statistical analysis.
The CSRC Guidelines
Because the CSRC Guidelines are more comprehensive then the notebook instruction set it is important to use The Guidelines to put clients through the process and make this point clear to people you Certify.
It is important to follow the structure of The Guidelines and implement the process specifically within this framework. This is not to say you cannot be flexible, it just needs to be within this specific framework. If it is determined that the order of the process would work better if changed then it will be changed. Great care has been taken to make sure the current format is in the best order for our largest demographic. Continuity among all Certified SR® Coaches can only be accomplished if we implement the program process step by step as laid out in The Guidelines.
The Workbook
It is important to let your clients know that there is an instruction set for each step of the process they can refer to at anytime. You do not however want the client referring to the instruction set while you are putting them though the process. It is ideal for the client to stay focused on the step at hand and simply let them know they are free to interrupt with a question at any time.
Cancelation Policy
We do not cancel Certifications. Regardless of the number of people who have signed up for a Certification the show must go on. If you are unable to do a Certification you must assign the Certification to another Master if for any reason you are unable to do your Certification. As a Master you are guaranteed a minimum of $100.00 per hour per Certification.
The Contract
The contract and pay rate are on your CSRC Tools CD. As a CSRC you are independent of the SR® Institute. As a Master you are a subcontractor for the SR® Institute and all Certifications you do will be listed on our site and paid for on our site. We also supply all materials for your Certifications and issue all Certificates. All you have to do as a Master SR® Coach/Counselor is determine your date and list it on the site and hold the Certification.
