Certification Prerequisite & FAQ's
1) Are there any prerequisites for the SR® Certification?
Yes. The single prerequisite for the SR® Certification is a commitment to be the best through use of the SR® data infrastructure and empowering your clients with the tools you have been trained to use from the SR® Certification. Even though we certify psychologists, teachers, RN's, physicians and many other professionals in the medical, behavioral health, and holistic health communities we do not require a background in these fields for the SR® Certification.
In every field there is a measurement for success except for the fields of coaching and behavioral health. The introduction of SR® into psychiatric care in 1990 permanently changed this. SR® is still the only program process that can prove what it claims to produce which makes the CSRC the absolute best.
2) What is the cost and timeline to become a Certified SR® Coach or Counselor?
Certification Cost - $1997.00 to $4900.00. This applies to Live or Online Certifications

3) What is the Certification designation of SR®?
Your Subconscious Restructuring® (SR®) Certification will have two designations which are "Certified SR® Life Coach" & "Certified SR® Counselor" or CSRC.
As a CSRC you are distinguished with the ability to implement "The Only Evidence-Based Program Process [google.com] in Coaching & Mental Health" and "The Only Proven Process for Depression.[google.com]" The SR® process has set a clear standard in the mental health and life coaching disciplines by virtue of its data collection process and its ability to address human behavior from its origin at the deepest level of the subconscious.

5) What is the SR® process and what is the difference between SR® and every other form of Coaching, Counseling or Psychotherapy?

The reason you must address the process of the subconscious when setting a goal is the subconscious runs approximately four times faster than you can speak. If you do not know how your subconscious works you will always be subject to programming that may be completely contrary to the goals you are setting. Most of the time this is the case and you will always be out gunned by your subconscious.
Your goals, objectives and strategies can only be controlled and realized if you fully understand how the subconscious works. In other words, you cannot fix it if you do not know how it works. The objective of the CSRC is to empower their clients to take control of their life. This can only be done if you start at the beginning of what brings about one's life and that is with how the subconscious works. This is the foundation of Subconscious Restructuring®.
6) How can the SR® Institute offer a two or five day Certification when everyone else is 6 months to a year?
SR® starts at the point where other certifications or even four or seven year degrees do not reach. If you are in pursuit of a Life Coach Certification, Counseling Certification or even a degree in psychology the first question that must be answered is...What determines an emotional state and behavior?
SR® begins with a clear definitive answer to this question. You are then taken step by step through the process of how to take control of your life from the very deepest level of the subconscious. The bottom line is if you do not start out by answering the question.... (What determines an emotional state and behavior?) You are guessing.
If you are guessing how to solve a problem you need a lot more time and potential answers. This not only makes the SR® process the Standard for mental health and Life Coaching disciplines it makes it the standard for anyone who works with people in regard to any form of goal setting or behavior change. With any issue in life you Absolutely Must know how it works if you want to fix it.

8) How does the SR® process work in the corporate environment?
Your success in any environment is dependent upon on how quickly you are able to process information and people. After completion of your SR® Certification you will have a new powerful set of tools that will first empower you to take control of yourself. You will then use those tools to empower your clients.
9) How does SR® compare to the Emotional Intelligence Coach?
The basis for SR® is all behavior is emotionally driven. If you understand how an emotional state comes about you can intervene and change your behavior.
In terms of all other Emotional Intelligence Coaching there is a question you need to ask and that is..."What brings about your Emotional State?" You must know how an emotional state comes about if you are going to help someone improve their Emotional Intelligence. If you do not know how an emotional state comes about you are once again simply guessing. This is why the SR® process is number one in the improvement of Emotional Intelligence.
10) How does the SR® process compare to the Spiritual Life Coach - Counselor?
The question is: "What is the first thing you need to do to reach higher spiritual ground?" The first thing you need to do is to fully integrate the conscious with the subconscious. The only way to begin this process is to understand how the subconscious works.
In Step 2 of the SR® process (Subconscious Perspective) you will put your subconscious on paper. You then begin the process of taking control of your subconscious with Empowering Questions. The subconscious will not only keep you from attaining your goals it will also keep you from reaching your superconscious.
11) How long after the SR® Certification will I be able to work with individuals and groups?
You will be able to work with groups and individuals as soon as you comfortable with doing that. Comfort in doing this is afforded by knowing the CSRC Guidelines front to back. Running two to three people through the process a week for thirty days is usually enough time to get comfortable with the CSRC Guidelines.

CSRC License Agreement - Every Certified SR® Coach (CSRC) is Licensed to print as many of SR® Workbook for Adults, Ages 7-17 and Warriors as they need for their clients. The license agreement prohibits the distribution of the PDF.
13) Will I get referrals from the SR® Institute?
Yes. All Certified SR® Coaches will be promoted on the web site and at all events.
14) Is there any chance a Certification might be canceled?
No. Even if only one person registers we will do the Certification. This is a policy all Master SR® Coaches agree to.
15) What makes the SR® process the definitive Life Coach Certification and Counseling Standard?
The SR® Certification is the definitive standard in coaching, counseling and behavioral health because no other training in these fields incorporates a proven process for Depression, Depression is the primary symptom for PTSD, Weight Loss, Obesity, Eating Disorders, OCD ADHD and virtually all behavior disorders.
16) How can the SR® Certification work for weight loss, depression, motivation, eating disorders, relationships and all behavior I would like to change?
The reason SR® works for all behavior is because you will learn how an emotional state and behavior come about. You then learn how to recognize, access and restructure the programming that brought it about to begin with. There is a consistent process every human being must go through in order to bring about an emotional state and behavior and SR® address this at the very beginning of the process.
17) What is the single most important question to ask of all Life Coach - Counseling Certification programs?
I know this is a little redundant but if you remember nothing else from this FAQ you must remember this. The single most important question to ask of all Life Coach Certification and Counseling Certification programs is…What determines human behavior? If one cannot answer this question with supreme clarity how can you possibly expect to change an unwanted behavior or help your clients reach a new goal? I have yet to come across a Counselor, Life Coach, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Physician or Client who can answer this question.
