Overview of the CSRC Tools Provided to You on CD and Online

Folder 1 - CSRC® - Client Agreement (PDF)
This is the agreement the Certified SR® Life Coach/Counselor has with every client.

Folder 2 - The Emotional Checklists
The Emotional Checklist Adults (PDF) - This is the first step of the program process for Adults and the document that is used for data collection and study.
The Emotional Checklist Ages 7-17 (PDF) - This is the first step of the program process for ages 7-17 and the document that is used for data collection and study. The approval of a parent, teacher or guardian is necessary for this age group.
The Emotional Checklist Warriors (PDF)
Client Trials Forms - These forms are used for final data entry of group or individuals

Folder 3 - CSRC Guidelines for Adults
The Guidelines for every demographic are written in script form with two designations, "Note" and "CSRC." Anytime you see "Note" this is Kelly Burris speaking to you and anytime you see "CSRC" this is you speaking to the client. After you become Certified this is the primary document you need to become comfortable with. It is recommended that you put one or two clients through the program process per week over a period of thirty days to become completely comfortable with the this document. The CSRC Guidelines are proprietary to THE CSRC.

Folder 4 - SR® Workbook Adults
This is the 7 Step program process every client of a CSRC is given. Every CSRC is licensed to print as many copies of this document as they need for their clients.

Folder 5 - CSRC Guidelines Ages 7-17
The CSRC Guidelines Ages 7-17 are laid out the same way as the CSRC Guidelines for Adults and within the same framework but with a dialogue that is specific to this demographic.

Folder 6 - SR® Workbook Ages 7-17
SR® Workbook Ages 7-17 has the same framework as SR® for Adults but with a dialogue that is specific to this demographic.

Folder 7 - CSRC Guidelines for Warriors
The CSRC Guidelines for Warriors is laid out the same way as CSRC Guidelines for Adults and within the same framework but with a dialogue that is specific to this demographic.

Folder 8 - SR Workbook® for Warriors
SR® for Warriors is considered the only legitimate fix for PTSD. The reason for this is the Program Process of SR® is the only proven process for depression which is the primary symptom for PTSD.

Folder 9 - Evaluation
This document is used to get feedback form your clients about your performance as a CSRC.

Folder 10 - CSRC License Agreement (PDF)
Every Certified SR® Coach (CSRC) is Licensed to print as many of the Workbooks for Adults, Ages 7-17 and Warriors as they need for their clients. The license agreement prohibits the distribution of the PDF file.

Folder 11 - SR® Doctrine (PDF)
This is the agreement between the SR® Institute and the CSRC. Direct your clients here if you want them to know what ethics and standards you live by

Folder 12 - Step 7 CD
Step 7 is a guided meditation and the CSRC is encouraged to do a guided meditation at the end of every session. If however you are not comfortable with this you must make sure your client has a copy of this CD and you are free to burn as many as you need for your clients.

Folder 13 - Marketing
The last two hours of the Certification are spent on marketing. The focus is on creating an internet presence, not just locally but worldwide should you choose to do so. Most marketing documents are proprietary to the CSRC.

Subconscious Perspective Introduction - This is the single sheet version of the Subconscious Perspective that is used for a 10 minute introduction or a one hour lecture.
