:: Day 2 - The Certification

Day 2 – The Certification

1) The Legal Aspects of the CSRC

  • CSRC Doctrine – The CSRC Client Agreement established your relationship with your clients. The CSRC Doctrine establishes your relationship with the SR® Institute.
  • Insurance – Because the SR® Institute Certifies psychologists, teachers, counselors, personal trainers, and a full range of mental health professionals we chose one insurance company that covers them all, www.hpso.com.

2) The Emotional Checklist and Follow-Up

  • Follow-Up - Comparison of the Workshop Checklist and the Certification Checklist
  • What the numbers mean and what to do if a client’s numbers do not come down
  • How to organize your database for long term follow-up
  • Legal and moral ramifications of having your client’s data in your possession
  • Setting up your own studies
  • Data collection from minors
  • Using your data to increase credibility and widen your client base

3) Demographics

  • Following are generalizations as you will find there are many variables per each demographic.

Males & Females 7 to 17

Until we develop a modality specific to children under the age of 7 this will be the easiest demographic to work with. The reason for this is you are not trying to undo subconscious programming that is been in place 20 or 30 years. If you are not working in the school environment it is highly recommended you include a parent or guardian in on your sessions.
Recommendation – 30 day follow-up after completion of the program once per week

Males & Females 18 to 29

This is still a relatively easy demographic to work with. You will begin to notice notable changes in the amount of time you need to lock a client down as they approach 30.
Recommendation – 30 day follow-up after completion of the program once per week

Females 30 to 49

You are now working with an adult that has had a significant time to accumulate programming that simply does not work. Another variable with this demographic is previous psychotherapy. This may compile the difficulty of unlearning previous programming.
Recommendation – 60 day follow-up after completion of the program once per week

Males 30 to 49

Males become much less flexible as they age then females and you begin to notice this by age 30 and to a much greater extent at 40. If you are working with a male who understands this they will be much easier to work with but in our politically correct environment it is unlikely.
Recommendation – 60 day follow-up after completion of the program twice per week

Females 50 and above

Recommendation – 60 day follow-up after completion of the program twice per week

Males 50 and above

Males 50 and over will be your most difficult demographic. As stated previously if you are working with a Male in this age range who understands the limitation of their gender and they are willing to work harder then there female counterpart it will be much easier on both of you.
Recommendation – 90 day follow-up (180 days is preferable) after completion of the program two to three times per week

Anorexics & Bulimics

Anorexics & Bulimics are the easiest demographic to fix yet they have the highest fatality rate.
Recommendation – This is the only demographic you can allow to go through the process a single time given the following parameters. They are not grossly underweight, are not involved in drugs or alcohol and they are still functioning normally at school or work.

All of the Variables

Drugs, Alcohol, Hormone Cocktails and education
Please keep in mind you must continually assess your clients. If any of the above issues exist you will need to significantly increase the number of times per week and the duration you see your client.

4) Rapport

  • Optimum rapport with the client (The client is not there for you, you are there for the client).
  • Individual & Group Consultations
  • Integration of SR® into your current business

5) How SR® applies to every aspect of your life

  • IQ - Ask any teacher and  they  will tell you intellectual development happens via emotional development. Emotional development is only affective if you understand how an emotional state comes about and how to interrupt and change an emotional state that is not working. This is the foundation of SR®
  • EQ – Emotional Intelligence can only truly improve if you fully understand how an emotional state comes about and this is the foundation of SR®. As many teachers already know Intellectual Development happens via Emotional Development.
  • SQ – The Subconscious is referred to as the soul and the path the superconscious. Understanding how the subconscious works is the only true means of improving Spiritual Intelligence.
  • Relationships – How you communicate to yourself on the deepest level of the subconscious is going to equal how you communicate to others. Asserting control over your subconscious will allow more control of all relationships, personal and professional.

6) The Test

7) Completion of Your SR® Certification

Completion of your SR® Certification requires one client be put through the complete process of SR® with before and after data collection. This must  be done via the SRWorkshops.com site.
